Florent Garaudet

Florent Garaudet is a fifth-generation winemaker based in Monthelie, a small village in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. The Garaudet family has been involved in winemaking for over a century, with Florent continuing the family tradition while at the same time implementing his own innovative techniques. He has quickly gained a reputation for producing wines that stand out in a region known for its exceptional quality.

Garaudet is known for his precise and meticulous approach to both viticulture and winemaking. He employs sustainable practices in the vineyard, with an emphasis on maintaining soil health and vine balance. In the cellar, Garaudet practices minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to shine through in his wines.
